Minimal shedding does occur, however to maintain the longevity of your extensions & little to no shedding avoid heat damage, over-processing, or moisture loss. Always use a heat protectant before applying thermal tools and keep hair protected in silk scarves/bonnets during night time.
Shampoo & condition your extensions at least once every two weeks for optimal health and longevity.

Our hair remains tangle-free. However, tangling may occur over time due to product buildup, improper care or dryness. For example excessive use of holding sprays, oils, and other styling products can create buildup, making the hair more prone to tangling. Lack of moisture, not shampooing and deep conditioning, or excessive heat styling without protection can also contribute to tangling.

Since our hair is 100% human and sourced from single donors, we cannot guarantee you an exact color. It ranges in color from 1B to 2. It does not come in a natural black tone. If you prefer black or jet black hair, it will need to be dyed. We do not offer exchanges based on color dissatisfaction.

Our hair is 100% raw human hair, allowing it to be bleached, rinsed, and dyed to any color you desire. We strongly recommend having a licensed professional color your bundles to maintain the hair’s integrity, prevent over-processing, and achieve the best outcome. Improper coloring can lead to breakage, or unwanted tones. So I strongly suggest professional care! As it is key to keeping your extensions healthy and longer lasting.

Yes! Our extensions can be reused and reinstalled for at least up to 6 months and up to 1+ year. When it’s time for a reinstall, we recommend purchasing at least one new bundle to replace any shorter/cut pieces that can’t be reused, ensuring you a full and seamless install.

After receiving tracking number, the shipping activity will become available after 24hrs. All domestic orders within the US are shipped via USPS with signature for apartment buildings. To ensure prompt and accurate delivery, please double-check your address information for completeness and accuracy before submitting your order. Even small errors, such as a missing apartment number, can cause delays and incur extra fees. We are not liable for any packages that are lost, misplaced, or delivered to the wrong address.
