Return & Refund Policy

We do offer refunds for items returned in the same condition as received, with the seal intact. For eligible items you must send in photos of the extensions for approval before a refund is granted.

Once approved, returns will be accepted for items that can be restocked.

• You have 7 days to return the items for a full refund (excluding shipping fees). You will no longer be eligible for exchanges, returns, or claims involving lost bundles after the seven (7) days period from the day of receipt. We strongly advise all customers to fulfill any return within that time frame.

Please note that “Curly Textures” Refunds will not be granted if the curls have been finger-combed, pulled apart, or manipulated, causing it to frizz.
No Refunds or Exchanges will be given for hair that has been worn, installed, dyed or cut.
